How much does the Lattiz® pack contain?
Every Lattiz® pack contains 4 litres. In the machine, hot water and air is added to create the perfect milk foam. Depending on your settings, you can make milk foam for up to 140 cappuccinos* of 180ml.

How is the Lattiz® product produced?
Every day, FrieslandCampina collects raw milk from its member dairy farmers and transports it to the factory. In the factory, a high-quality production process concentrates the milk and heats it in a way that preserves the best properties of the milk. This way, the perfect product is made for use in the Lattiz® machine and preparation of the best cappuccinos and latte specialties.
How do I put the Lattiz® pack in the machine?
When you open a new pack, tear off the flap of carton completely. Pull the spout upward and remove the orange lock. Then, pierce the foaming module, if you prefer, use the piercing tool provided.
Every pack comes with a new disposable connector, so that all parts that come into contact with milk foam are replaced.
To place the pack, you simply open the machine and place the pack with the spout facing downwards.
Press the front of the spout with your thumb to make sure it is fastened correctly.
Close the coupling by pushing it upwards and close the machine lid.
Now Lattiz® is ready for use again.

What are the pack dimensions and weight?
The dimensions of the Lattiz® pack are w x d x h - 150 x 160 x 275 mm. Gross weight of the Lattiz® pack is 4.5 kg.
How do I store the Lattiz® pack?
Lattiz® packs do not need to be cooled at any point.
We recommend storing the pack in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C - 30°C. Recommended usage temperature is between 10-25°C. Avoid higher temperatures to guarantee quality, and also never freeze the pack.
What is the shelf life of the Lattiz® pack?
The shelf life of the product depends on your exact location, so always check the expiry date when you've received the pack. When the pack is connected to the machine, the shelf life is 10 days, no cooling necessary.
Are there different types of Lattiz® milk solutions?
There is only one 4 litre Lattiz® pack which you can use for all your needs.
What do I do if the Lattiz® pack is damaged or leaking?
In the exceptional case that your pack is damaged and it is no longer usable, please contact us.
Do I need to remove the Lattiz® pack at the end of the day?
No, the product does not have to be removed from the machine at the end of the day, because it can be kept for 10 days in the machine after opening, without cooling.
At the end of the day, put the machine in sleep mode and the next day it will rinse once and be ready for use.
How long can I keep the Lattiz® pack inside the machine?
The Lattiz® pack can stay in your machine for 10 days without cooling. The machine automatically shows when the Lattiz® pack is expired, and it will require you to place a new pack. This way, you never need to worry about expired milk anymore.
What do I do with the empty Lattiz® pack?
You can separate the bag from the outer carton box and dispose of them according to the policy of your local area's recycling scheme.
Which allergens does Lattiz® contain?
Lattiz® contains lactose and milk protein. Lattiz® is gluten-free.
